The Library Commission has posted a special Snapshot Day web page where promotional materials, survey forms, and eventually comments, numbers, pictures and videos will be posted. Every academic, public, school and special library in West Virginia is encouraged to participate. The larger the numbers, the greater the impact.
Start planning your events for April 21st. Line up your photographers and videographers. Plan a special event for the day so that you can capture it in story and photos. Watch the Snapshot Day web page and WVLC E-Bulletin for additional developments.
