The Trustees of Raleigh County Public Library in Beckley, WV, are looking for an energetic, team oriented leader to fill the director’s position open soon due to retirement. Raleigh County has a well trained staff, dedicated funding and the organization is in good condition. The successful applicant will have a MLS from an accredited school and five years experience in progressively more responsible positions. Experience in managing branch and outreach operations desirable. Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits package.

Developed by the West Virginia Humanities Council, e-WV is an interactive site showcasing West Virginia’s history, culture, and people. It is thoroughly innovative, enhanced with audio and video, hundreds of illustrations, maps, time lines, and other features. e-WV is free and available to anyone with access to a computer and Internet connection. It includes more than 2,000 articles, thousands of points available in the interactive maps, 10,000 keywords to drive the search process, and more than 12,000 items in the master time line.
